'The focus of the spiritual counseling I provide is on gaining deeper understanding and clearing blocks to experiencing and expressing fully in the most intimate and vulnerable areas of life: sex, intimacy and relationship. With 25+ years as a spiritual counselor and 12 years as a Tantric adept, I bring to our sessions unique insight and life experience. Sex, and one's experience of his or her sensual / sexual nature, is a fundamental, core need for most people. Due to puritanical cultural influences as well as personal emotional wounding and sexual trauma—most people don't experience "sexual fullness" or easeful sexual fulfillment. I help you to understand and remove the blocks, or "energy knots," that prevent full expression and experience of sex and intimacy in a satisfying and fulfilling way.
I also introduce and help people develop a sense of sacredness and spirituality in their sexual expression and in relationship. The process of clearing and releasing emotional, sexual wounds, is one that also brings a person to a realization of inner-divinity and reconnection with the divine and original wholeness. This divine connection and spiritual relationship within—enhances relating to whatever form of divine being one believes in.
In addition, sexual energy and a practice of sacred sexuality - Tantra is also a spiritual path of enlightenment which brings great benefits to one's life in many ways. When practiced as a spiritual path, sacred sexuality provides an embodied experience of divinity and lifts the awareness to great heights of understanding, expansive consciousness, and all-connected unity—nirvana. I teach Transcendental Tantra™ to individuals, couples and small groups showing these how to practice sacred sexuality and reach transcendent heights of consciousness and ecstasy—quickening their spiritual growth and enhancing life experience.
Sexual Healing and Erotic Enrichment
I offer spiritual counseling in private healing and enrichment sessions that provide opportunities to: clear blocks to a fuller experience of one's sexuality and intimacy, gain greater personal awareness, heal emotional and psychological wounds, and integrate these to feel more complete and whole.
Sexual trauma can impact a boy or girl at a very young age, and may originate from actions thought at one time to be non-abusive, i.e. bare-bottom spankings, enemas given to very young children, inappropriate acting out by adults or older brothers/sisters in the family unit, parental ridicule or embarrassment of a child discovered masturbating—and certainly include rape and incest, physical and verbal assault, as well as emotional abandonment, or its opposite: enmeshment. All of these can be sources of physical and emotional pain, fear, powerlessness, depression, disassociation, dullness, vaginal dryness or erectile dysfunction, as well as any number of other sexual challenges that limit full expression and experience of one's erotic nature.
Spiritual counseling sessions address healing sexual wounds on multiple levels: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically. Erotic energy, therapeutically engaged and applied, can reveal and help release emotional and psychological trauma, wounding, and contraction allowing for greater participation, sensation and enjoyment with sex and intimate relationship.
After sexual healing occurs, often there is a emotional-physical void or frozen "paralysis" where the contracted energy used to be; resulting in less than full responsiveness or enjoyment—so a program of Erotic Enrichment is the next step. Succeeding sessions focus on rehabilitation and renewal of healthy emotions, boundaries and one's truth, including returning to physical empowerment of previously painful spots, dryness, low libido or sensual response, and returning to feeling sexual experience and expression without encumbrance.
Intimacy and Sex are often confused as the same thing—but are two different things. Sex, involving genitals, is perhaps by definition physically intimate, however engaging deeper emotions and connecting at a "soul level" is not as easy as fitting genitals together. These deeper, more vulnerable, aspects of who we are often get "walled-up" and armored to keep others from hurting us. Sexual wounding frequently, if not always, creates such armoring, holding hostage a part of us in a "jail" of our own making—in a misunderstood attempt to protect our self. These deeper feelings of trust and intimacy being held "in jail" manifest in relationship as walls and limitations to deeper intimacy, emotional confusion and behavioral "acting-out."
Symptoms of: detachment, disassociation, emotional deflection, disconnection, and being unable to sustain deep relationships are indications of issues with intimacy and the ability to let your deepest self be seen and experienced. I help you access and know "your truth," your deep, core essence, and clear any blocks to feeling intimacy and sacred presence in your relationship.
Relationship challenges for couples often include issues regarding sex: pain during sex, lack of deep emotional connecting, premature ejaculation / ejaculation choice, expanding sexual techniques and enhancing sexual experience (timing, positions, prolonging sex, how to satisfy one's partner, etc.). Understanding and clearing sexual blocks allow more of love's presence and depth to be experienced and promote a fully satisfying sex life with deeper connection and intimacy. Relationship Counseling: Education, Sexual Healing & Erotic Enrichment
I provide help with clearing blocks, education, and expanding experience of one's integrated spiritual-sexual self. In private sessions with couples, I give counseling, coaching, teaching, demonstrating, fine-tuning, modeling, mirroring, clearing, stewarding, and guidance with soul embodied experience of sacred sexuality.
My favorite sessions are with couples because it is so fulfilling to see the immediate results of sharing simple Tantric principles and practices that enlighten new worlds of ecstatic engagement and deep connection! It is thrilling to experience the “AH HAH!” moment with a couple who has a breakthrough and sees a new possibility for their happiness and fulfillment.
I offer couples general counseling sessions in-person, by phone or web cam which provide an opportunity to “connect-the-dots” and deepen their relationship, intimacy, and sexual awareness and understanding. I gently guide each partner through clearing distinctions and judgments that limit or block one's full experience of love and intimacy and help each experience a deeper level of sensuality and erotic energy. In-person sessions allow me to demonstrate Tantric practices and exercises that contribute to more embodied pleasure, connection, and presence. I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs and requests of each couple, so each session is uniquely fulfilling.

Sexual Healing for Couples is a unique way that "sex" can be present within a committed relationship. When couples give to each other as sexual healers, it profoundly deepens their connection, trust, and love for each other. I give guidance to couples in how they can show up for each other as sexual healers and help them through any difficult spots during the process.
Typical Sexual Healing sessions usually occur one-to-one with an individual, for couples however, I teach each partner (together) how to be the "sexual healer" for the other. Using basic principles and understanding, a partner can "be there" and "hold a healing space" in compassionate and loving service in the other's behalf. In these sessions, the three of us are together as I guide and demonstrate the basic principles of sexual healing for both partners. Couples learn how to "give without taking" and let their defensive personality rest and observe as the master-healer within comes forward in unconditional loving and selfless service. I share basic principles, steps and techniques that create an emotionally safe space and allow the receiver to trust and open to their beloved as healer and steward of their session together.
Erotic Enrichment for Couples is an important aspect to healthful and conscious growth. Change and growth occur naturally in every committed intimate relationship. As couples go through different stages, change and grow, they find a safe and adept guide can open new vistas of experience, help reinvigorate an ailing sex life, or initiate new sensual pathways and deeper connections between them.
Couples quickly recognize my clear-sighted and sincere purpose of selfless service and trust me to steward an appropriate, healthful, and enriching program that gently stretches and opens each one to greater satisfaction and fulfillment. Erotic enrichment sessions for couples provide an opportunity to expand in spiritual-sexual experience, ease, and knowledge, explore and educate—while deepening in trust and connection.
I take time to make sure both partners are comfortable and on the same page regarding what is sought from our sessions together. For many, this process of getting clear about what is true for each of them, as well as what their dreams and goals are for their relationship and its sexual expression, goes a long way to elevate a couple's feeling of closeness, trust and deep connection. From there, we discuss a path forward for sessions together that fits an agreed picture everyone feels good about proceeding with.
There are many ways of enhancing and reaching new heights of sexual fulfillment and intimate connection. From basic educating and coaching of sexual techniques, positions, breath, touch, and timing, to more ways to bring the sacred into sexuality and have transcendent sacred sex experiences —are all addressed and included to expand and enrich a couple's love expressed through sex.
Sensual Massage is the engagement vehicle for addressing any number of things in sessions with couples. During a sensual massage much can be revealed, presenced, cleared, and learned.
Sensual massage sessions are for one or both partners and are opportunities for couples to give a special treat to each other. Sessions can be focused on:
- One person receiving from me (husband or wife) with the other partner participating in the giving = usually a two hour session.
- Both partners receiving from me = usually at least a three hour session.
During this session I facilitate erotic energy ignition, amplification, and movement in the receiver and I aid/guide the other partner in his or her contribution to providing pleasure and experiencing enhanced connection with their beloved.
The session's focus is on learning and/or practicing Tantra techniques as well as understanding how to apply Tantric principles. In this session I model and demonstrate Tantric breathing, movement, visualization and mantra exercises and guide the individual or couple in Tantric touch, meditation, and breathing practices. The session is designed to be "hands-on"—experientially educational and informative—filling in the blanks and connecting the dots for individuals or couples to experience Tantra in a deeper and more profound way.
These sessions are like a personal Tantra workshop, it does not matter what level you are practicing Tantra at: beginning, intermediate, or advanced, I will meet you there and guide us higher throughout the session. I lead through a series of Tantric practices and exercises as well as discuss specific challenges and answer questions regarding integrating Tantra into your sexual experience. = 2 to 4 hour session.

Guided Tantric Journey
This is a special session designed to create a unique and sacred Tantric lovemaking journey for a couple to experience. Its an excellent opportunity to receive a unique Tantric initiation ceremony that can be enjoyed over years to come.
I lead in co-creating a personally meaningful Tantric ceremony, including music and atmosphere, and guide the lovers in a personal Tantric Puja (sacred ceremony). This is an enhanced session and is suggested for experienced Tantrikas. *Also suitable for small groups of experienced Tantrikas / yogins. My presence in the session concludes with the couple continuing in their lovemaking after I've departed. = two to four hour session.
